Main responsibilities
(but not limited to):
– Answering the phone.
– Customer relations.
– Lotto and event ticket sales.
– Report writing/note taking.
– Complete understanding of the AGLC Casino Terms & Conditions, and AGLC Liquor Laws.


– Must be at least 18 years of age.
– Must have customer service experience.
– Must possess a calm professional manner.
– Must have basic Microsoft computer skills.
– Must have experience with cash handling/balancing.
– Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
– Must be able to read, write and speak clear and proficient English.
– RCMP criminal records check.
– AGLC registration (upon hire).
– AGLC Smart training (upon hire).
– Must have a government issued ID, permanent resident card, passport and/or birth certificate.
